As a mortgage professional with over 20 years’ under my belt, I have a broad amount of knowledge and experience in mortgage lending and protection, including residential, commercial, buy-to-let, and equity release.
I enjoy working with complex cases, including helping self-employed clients, working with foreign income, or assisting people with adverse credit. I pride myself on finding a solution for everyone and will work tirelessly, every step of the way with you, the lender, your estate agent and solicitor until your mortgage completes.
Over the years I have built up excellent relationships with some of the best underwriters in the industry. I receive extensive lender support and have access to some of the best rates and schemes available, which has helped me complete over 100 mortgages in the last 12 months, totalling more than £35 million worth of lending.
I find my job very rewarding, whether I’m helping a first time buyer get the keys to their first home or helping one of my existing clients build their portfolio. Most of my work comes from referrals from existing clients for which I feel very fortunate, and to whom I am extremely grateful.
