Due to significant growth and a high volume of new client enquiries, we are looking for two exceptional Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join our dynamic and friendly team at our head office in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, effective, and tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Strive to maintain outstanding client satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic service at every stage.
• Take full ownership of individual cases, managing priorities effectively to provide consistently high levels of customer service.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, always acting in the best interest of the client to deliver the right outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal case managers and handlers to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system to support case progression and regulatory compliance.
• Keep up-to-date with knowledge of mortgage and protection products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team sales targets, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Adhere to all internal policies, FCA regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliant and ethical advice.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
• Proven ability to convert leads and manage a strong client pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Achieved CAS – Competent Adviser Status
• Tech-savvy; you’re comfortable navigating modern systems and digital platforms.
