Initial Responsibilities until fully qualified:

During your initial training period, you will be fully supported as you gain a solid foundation in mortgage operations and customer care. Your early responsibilities will include:

• Receiving structured training and dedicated study time to work towards your CeMAP qualification
• Working closely with the Mortgage Team under the guidance of your mentor, supporting customers throughout the mortgage journey by maintaining clear, consistent communication and providing timely updates
• Liaising with lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to ensure smooth case progression
• Assisting the Appointment Team by responding to new customer enquiries across multiple channels, gathering relevant information, and scheduling appointments with Mortgage Advisers
• Collaborating with our qualified Mortgage Advisers to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Participating in regular training sessions, one-to-ones, and team meetings aimed at continuous improvement
• Contributing to process reviews and feedback initiatives to improve the customer journey
• Maintaining high standards of compliance in line with regulatory requirements and company values
